At today’s meeting we enjoyed table discussion time, a group activity, and made delicious chocolate covered strawberries to bring home.
Our next MOPS meeting is Friday, February 27. We will be discussing ways to save time & money, so come with some good ideas to share!
Ladies Night Out
Join us this Thursday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m. at Signatures Coffee & Espresso in Hudsonville. The atmosphere there is cozy & we have space reserved by the fireplace. If you’re not a coffee drinker, they’ve got hot chocolate, tea, and desserts, including cookies, cinnamon rolls, dessert bars & fruit parfaits. Signatures is located at 6375 Balsam Dr., which is south off of Port Sheldon, down from the Family Fare Plaza. We hope you can join us for some laughter and conversation!
Children’s Consignment Sale
Consign your gently-used children’s, maternity & baby items at the Carousel Consignment Sale on March 27 & 28 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Jenison, and you get 60% (volunteers 70%) of the selling price of your items! Or just go & shop the sale to get some great deals on clothes for your little ones. The proceeds of the sale benefit the MOPS group of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. For information on selling items at the sale, or to find out the hours of the sale, go to www.holycrossmops.org.
Our host church is bringing an awesome event to town in March & you are highly encouraged to attend.
The Ultimate Date Night with Jay & Laura is an evening of non-stop music, comedy and fun!
This awesome event will inspire and encourage married couples of all ages and would be a wonderful date for our MOPS moms & their husbands. As an added bonus, the evening ends with time for enjoying dessert, coffee and conversation!
