Meeting Wrap Up & Marriage Resources

Despite the absence of our planned speaker, Lorilee Craker, due to illness, it was a great meeting this morning that offered the chance for us to get to know some moms at other tables and enjoy some marital words of wisdom via DVD presentation.

A few of you asked about the DVD we watched, which was an excerpt from a marriage conference put on by Laura & Jay Lafoon. They are actually bringing their “Celebrate Your Marriage” conference to Lansing in April, and if you’d like more information, click here for their web site.

Another great resource for strengthening your marriage is Marriage Partnership magazine. Click here to read articles from the magazine online or subscribe. Issues come out 4 times a year & a subscription is $20. I signed up for a free trial issue this fall & really enjoyed it—I even got my husband to read a few articles!
